Do yourself a favor, over the next week, pay close attention to your actions. I’m willing to bet, over this time, you’ll slowly see the pattern resolve. Welcome to life as we know it: Wake up, eat, drive, work nine-to-five, travel the same route home, eat and sleep. Oh, and the following week, you’re likely to do the same things again with little variation.
Now, ask yourself, “Why?” It’s a simple question that is undoubtedly complex. The layers are intricate and endless but there must be value in dissecting it all.
Personally, I’ve been struggling through this question for months. Monnnnthhhhs. And, while I’ve yet to come up with a definitive answer, I will say this….. It seems my ability to spin the wheel is off the charts.
